Rural Free Delivery....
On August 7, 1996, the USPS issued a stamp to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Rural Free Delivery.
Shown here is one of these stamps, depicting a rural carrier in front
of his horse-drawn mail truck, paired with a charming art print of a
little boy with his dog retrieving the mail from the rural mail box.
Matted in blue, it's sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.
