This action-packed, full-color art print of Jimmy Connors is paired with the 1974 Centennial of Tennis First Day Cover. On August 31, 1974, the USPS issued a 'stamp' - an imprinted envelope -to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Tennis.  Shown here is an unaddressed envelope with the imprint or stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Forest Hills, NY) on the first day of issue captioned above.

The black & white cachet (artwork on the envelope) features a male tennis player. The 'stamp' or imprint shows a racquet and ball. Historic, collectible, you'll want to add this to your collection of tennis memorabilia.

Matted in green, this piece will fit a standard 11 X 14 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
