Stamp Collecting....

On January 23, 1986, the USPS issued a set of four stamps commemorating Philately (Stamp Collecting) and the centennial of the American Philatelic Society. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with one of the four stamps cancelled from the city of issue (State College, PA) on the first day of issue captioned above.

The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) features a First Day Cover and several stamps from around the world. The cachet is printed on silk.

Double matted in blue & white, this piece is sized to fit a standard 8 X 10 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
