Stegosaurus.....

On October 1, 1989, the USPS issued a set of four Dinosaurs...the Tyrannosaurus, the Pteranodon, the Stegosaurus, and the Brontosaurus. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the stamp commemorating the Stegosaurus cancelled from the city of issue (Lake Buena Vista, Fl.) on the first day of issue captioned above. Note the special postmark designed for the cancellation of these four stamps on their "birthday."

The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) features Stegosaurus with its distinctive plates running down its spine.  The picture is printed on silk and 'framed' with an embossed gold border.

Double matted in blue & white, it's sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 picture frame.  ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
