On June 30, 2005, the USPS issued the second set of Disney stamps called Celebrations. One of these four shows Snow White dancing with Dopey. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the new stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Anaheim, Ca.) on the first day of issue captioned above. *** Note the special "Tink" cancellation created expressly for this series of stamps.
The cachet (artwork on the envelope) consists of two collectible, uncancelled stamps...the rare 1968 U.S. Walt Disney Stamp and the 1980 Grenada stamp featuring Snow White dancing with Dopey while the other dwarfs look on and play music.
Joining this collectible, historic piece of Disney memorabilia is another pice of Disneyana....a Souvenir Sheet (a stamp surrounded by extra artwork) from the country of Redonda. Guyana. It's a musical celebration with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!
Matted in blue, we've sized this piece to fit a standard 11 x 14 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
