On September 20, 2002, the USPS issued a pair of stamps to call attention to spaying and neutering our pets. Shown here on this genuine First Day Cover is the Dog stamp depicting a Sheltie (the other stamp is of a kitten) cancelled from the city of issue (Denver, CO) on the first day of issue captioned above.
