Red Fox... On
January 14, 1992, Great Britain issued a stamp to commemorate the Red
Fox in Wintertime....depicting a red fox padding softly through a frosty
countryside illuminated by moonlight. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the new stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Edinburgh) on the first day of issue highlighted above.
The cachet (artwork on the envelope) features a compelling close-up of this princely, but diminutive woodland dweller.
Historic, collectible, great artwork, this over sized envelope is matted in blue and will fit a standard 8 x 10 picture frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
