On July 4, 1956, the USPS issued a stamp commemorating Independece Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Philadelphia, PA) on the first day of issue captioned above.

The cachet (artwork on the envelope produced by a private company, not the post office) features Independence Hall with a small inset of the Liberty Bell.

Double matted in blue & white, it's sized to fit a standard 8x10 frame.  ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
