On February 26, 1986, the USPS issued a stamp to honor Supreme Court Judge from 1937-1971, Hugo LaFayette Black. Shown here is a genuine FIRST DAY COVER, an envelope with the new stamp cancelled from the CITY OF ISSUE (Washington DC) on the FIRST DAY OF ISSUE captioned above.
