Koi....
On April 17, 2009, the USPS issued two imprinted postcards with each '28-cents stamp' depicting two different colored Koi. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover,
a postcard with the imprinted 'stamp' showing a black koi and a red and
white koi on a teal blue background. It's cancelled from the city of issue (New York, NY) on the first day of issue captioned above.
The cachet (artwork on the envelope) depicts a large koi with black and red markings. It's printed on silk with a gold metallic border.
Matted in blue, it's sized to fit a standard 8x10 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
