On November 9, 1964, the USPS issued their secular Holiday stamp, a set of four botanicals depicting Holly, Mistletoe, Pointsettia and Conifer. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with all four stamps cancelled from the city of issue (Bethlehem, PA) on the first day of issue captioned above.
The color cachet (artwork on the envelope) shows three children admiring their Christmas Tree. It's so Americana!
Double matted in green & white, this piece is sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
