On October 31, 1984, the USPS issued a stamp to commemorate Hispanic Americans and their heroic contributions to their country's need.  From the Civil War to Iraqi Freedom, Hispanic Americans have taken up arms to defend their country. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the new stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Washington DC) on the first day of issue captioned above.

The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) shows Hispanic Americans during the Civil War, WWI, and WWII.  Also depicted is the Medal of Honor. The producer of this cover has written a short commemtary about this subject.  We have included a copy for you.

Double matted in blue & white, it's sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.  ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
