In 1999 the country of Cuba issued a stamp featuring Napoleon Bonaparte, French emperor and brilliant military leader, to commemorate the World Philatelic Exposition held in France. The stamp depicts Napoleon in a painting by Jean Louis Meissonier and the surrounding artwork shows a sculpture of Napoleon by Antoine Mercie'. The entire piece is a Souvenir Sheet, meant to collected and kept intact.
Triple matted in green & white, it's sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.
