Eagle Scout....
The large, full-color print of the pinning ceremony of an Eagle Scout by Norman Rockwell is joined by three BSA
stamps. On the left is the 3-cents stamp issued in 1950; on the right
the 4-cents stamp designed by Norman Rockwell and issued in 1960 to
commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts; and in the middle,
the newest stamp, issued on July 27, 2010 to mark the 100th Anniversary
of the Boy Scouts.
Matted in green, with four separate openings, it's sized to fit a standard 11 x 14 frame.
