On October 8, 1996, the USPS issued their secular Holiday stamp, a set of four Holiday scenes. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the Dreaming of Santa stamp cancelled from the city of issue (North Pole, Alaska) on the first day of issue captioned above.

The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) shows a charming winter scene rendered in watercolors.

Double matted in blue & white, this piece is sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.  ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
