On July 15, 2006, the USPS issued a set of four stamps honoring four Baseball Sluggers. Shown here is a black and white photo print of Detroit Tigers slugger, Hank Greenberg, one of the all-time greatest right-handed batters. "Hammerin' Hank" led the American league in home runs and in RBI four times each, and was twice named Most Valuable Player.
The print is paired with an uncancelled, collectible stamp from the above-mentioned Baseball Sluggers series paying homage to Hank Greenberg.
