On July 2, 1991, the USPS issued a stamp to honor the heroes of Desert Storm. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the new stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Washington DC) on the first day of issue captioned above.
The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) features the words 'Desert Storm' superimposed over an American Flag. The addition of five stamps make this a spectacular first day cover.
Double matted in blue & white, we've sized this piece to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
