On May 12, 1978, the USPS issued a stamp to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Cincinnati Music Hall, in 1978 one of the five most accoustically perfect halls in the world. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover....an imprinted postcard with the "stamp" (the imprint is treated as if it were a separate stamp) cancelled from the city of issue (Cincinnati) on the first day of issue (captioned above.)
