On September 1, 1998, the Marshall Islands issued a set of stamps commemorating Legendary Chevrolet Automobiles. One of these was the 1967 Camaro, Chevrolet's competition to the Ford Mustang. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Majuro) on the first day of issue captioned above. Note the cancellation using the Chevrolet logo.

The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) features GM's 'muscle' car of the 1960's.  Great art, unaddressed, this cover is a collectible, historic piece of automobile and postal memorabilia

Matted in blue, this piece will fit a standard 8 x 10 picture frame.  ***Certificate of Authenticity Included plus a short commemtary on the vehicle***
