On August 31, 1990, the USPS issued a stamp to commemorate the Circus Wagon. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the stamp cancelled from the city of issue (Syracuse, NY) on the first day of issue captioned above.
The full-color cachet (artwork on the envelope) features a highly decorated Circus Wagon and two clowns, one on stilts. The producer of this cover has written a short commentary about the circus wagon. We have included a copy for you.
Double matted in blue & white, it's sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame. *** Certificate of Authenticity Included***
