The Bomber Offensive in WWII was commemorated by the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with a stamp on a Souvenir Sheet. A Souvenir Sheet is, in this case, one stamp surrounded by extra artwork, meant to be kept intact and collected.
Triple matted in dark military green and white, it's sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.
