On July 4, 1973, the USPS issued four stamps to commemorate the Boston Tea Party. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with all four stamps cancelled from the city of issue (Boston) on the first day of issue captioned above.

The black & white cachet (artwork on the envelope) features angry Bostonians disguised as Indians dumping tea into Boston Harbor. Historic, collectible, this is one of several pieces of Revolutionary War Postal Memorabilia offered by Wall Art Collectibles.

Double matted in blue & white, this is matted to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.  ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
