Shown here is a full-color photo print of the A-10 Tunderbolt II - AKA WARTHOG. The first aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces, the Warthog is a simple, yet effective twin-engined jet that is highly maneuverable. Its secondary mission is search and rescue and proved its worth in the Gulf War.
The print is joined by an uncancelled, collectible stamp issed in 1991 to commemorate the veterans of Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield.
