On January 3, 1986, the USPS issued a full-color stamp commemorating the 150th Anniversary of Arkansas Statehood. Shown here is a genuine First Day Cover, an envelope with the stamp, depicting the Old State House in Little Rock, cancelled from the city of issue (Little Rock, AR) on the first day of issue captioned above.
The blue-toned cachet (artwork on the envelope produced by a private company, not the post office) shows the State Capitol at Little Rock.
Double matted in blue & white, it's sized to fit a standard 8x10 frame. ***Certificate of Authenticity Included***
